What do a magnifying glass, baking soda and vinegar, and a peacock feather have to do with Jesus?
ALiVE! Small groups and worship time uses interactive Bible teaching along with skits, music and object lessons to share the Good News of Jesus Christ to K-6th graders!
The magnifying glass helps us discover how each of us is made unique and 1-of-a kind in Christ’s image!
I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful. I know that full well. Psalm 139:14
The kids see how the Holy Spirit (baking soda) can fill them (vinegar) with Christ’s love overflowing to others when they allow the Spirit to come into their lives.
Vinny and the gang teach valuable life lessons about loving and serving others during the skits. Vinny also might serve as an example of what NOT to do, too!
Balancing a peacock feather in your hand when looking down is just about as hard as trying to balance life when only looking at ourselves. But when the kids look UP and focus on the top of the peacock feather, they can keep it from falling, just as when we look UP to God, He gives us the all we need to live a balanced and joyful life!
Bring your children and come join us as we partner with families to build a foundation of faith in Christ for this coming generation by cultivating authentic relationships in a place where everyone belongs and providing engaging experiences that bring God’s story to life!
