Women's Ministry

Our goal in Women's Ministry is to:

  • Enhance the spiritual growth of women
  • Provide opportunities for fellowship and encouragement
  • Develop leadership skills in ministry and service in order that Jesus Christ may be exalted in our lives, in our homes, in our workplace and in our community.

We do this through connecting women with the life of the church through Bible studies,
programming and special events. For more information about Women's Ministry,

Bible Studies

The Gospel of Mark - The Jesus We're Aching For
by Lisa Haper

Cost for this study is $15 | Day & evening options available

Wednesdays | 6-8p | January 17 - March 7

Thursdays | 9-11a | January 18 - March 8

God's heart is moved by our cries for help, your shouts for joy, your unspoken worries. We know Him to be a God of unparalleled power and authority, but Mark's account of Jesus paints Him as a deeply personal and intimate God too.

In The Gospel of Mark: The Jesus We're Aching For, follow Jesus through His days of early ministry all the way to the cross. It's there we discover what it means to be the recipients of His excessive compassion and the very reason for His all-consuming passion.

The Amazing Collection - The Minor Prophets

Cost for this book set is $25 | Day & evening options available

Wednesdays | 6-8p | January 17 - May 9

Thursdays | 9-11a | January 18 - May 10

This popular book by book study brings the main characters and the themes of the Bible alive with dynamic teaching, original music videos and personal testimonies. It has been a favorite of both the young and older women and those new to their walk with the Lord as well as those who have been studying His Word for some time. Join this group as they study the books of Hosea - Malachi. We recommend that every woman do this study at least once.

Prayer Shawl Ministry

Prayer shawls are given to those in need or support, empathy, even celebration. We call them knitted or crocheted hugs to show Christ's love and kindness to a hurting world.

The Prayer Shawl team is looking for those who knit, crochet or people who would like to learn how to knit or crochet. We meet on Hobby Nights. You do not have to attend one of these sessions to contribute to this ministry, BUT it is a great place to help find new friends.
