July 1 - Upcoming Sermon Series: Pursuing Kingdom of God Justice
What do the words “albeit”, “egregious”, “literally”, “nauseous”, and “peruse” have in common? They’re all examples of words people think they know the meaning of but often do not. A word that can be added to that list is the word “justice”. We hear that word used a lot today but what does it really mean? Specifically, what does it mean from a biblical perspective? Most likely, there are traces of truth to what people have in mind when they use the word “justice” but only in God’s Word do we discover the full truth of what justice is and why it matters. Beginning Sunday, July 5, we’re going to spend the summer exploring what Kingdom of God justice looks like and how to live it out in the kingdom of this world. Justice matters to God and, therefore, should matter to His people. “
And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God Micah 6:8

Not everyone has the same comfort level when it comes to COVID-19. Some folks want everything back to the way it was (before COVID-19) now, others would like to take things slower, and everywhere in between. We may not agree on this issue (or others) but we can all agree that no matter what God loves us, He cares for us, and He knows what each of us needs. As you go about your day remember to be kind to everyone and love like Jesus.
