A Place for Kids to Know Jesus, Have Fun & Belong

Sunday mornings at FCC are designed to help kids learn about Jesus in a safe, welcoming, and fun environment. Through Bible teaching, worship, games, activities, and relationships with caring leaders, kids can grow in faith while making friends and having fun.

What Happens on Sunday?

Babies & Toddlers

Nursery care during the 10:30 service. A space is available during the 9:00 service for parents and little ones in the worship center.

Preschool - Grade 4

FCC Kids programming at 9:00 and 10:30 with Bible teaching, worship, games, and activities.

Grades 5-6

The Edge meets at 9:00 for small groups, games, and Bible study. They are encouraged to worship with their families at 10:30.

Get ready for an exciting scavenger hunt! FCC Kids will team up, race to find hidden items, and enjoy an evening of laughter, friendly competition, and lots of fun.

FCC Kids and their families are invited to experience Brown County State Park after dark on a New Moon Hike! Grab your flashlight and get ready for a unique family adventure on the trail.

Bring the family for an evening of serving our community together with a litter sweep and prayer walk! We’ll finish the night back at FCC with a campfire and s’mores.

SAFETY

At First Christian Church, we want families to feel confident that their kids are in a safe, welcoming environment where they can learn about Jesus and have fun. Every FCC Kids volunteer undergoes a background check, and our kids' areas are closely monitored by security personnel and cameras. 

What We Teach

FCC Kids uses an intentional, age-appropriate curriculum designed to meet children where they are in their development—body, mind, and spirit. From nursery through 6th grade, we seek to build a strong foundation in Jesus and the Bible, helping kids become growing followers of Jesus who are ready to help grow other followers of Jesus.

 

Along the way, FCC Kids sing, dance, play, create, discuss, ask questions, and dig deeper—all in an environment centered on God and His Word.
