This October, Callie Newell, Graham Pumphrey, and Linda Merk are leading a special collection for Horizon House (HH) — putting their faith into action! During CIY Move this past summer, Callie and Graham each received a Kingdom Card — a challenge to make a difference for God’s Kingdom. This project is their response, and together with Linda, they’re inviting our church family to join in.

Now through November 16, FCC student Francesca Bates is leading PumpCAN Pie — her senior project with a purpose! She’s collecting canned goods (any canned food) to support Love Chapel, and on November 16, she’ll use the donated cans to build a giant “pie” during the FCC Students Friendsgiving event before delivering everything to those in need.

You can drop off canned goods in the labeled boxes located in the Lafayette Lobby or the Youth Center Lobby.

Help share the love of Jesus with children around the world through Operation Christmas Child! FCC student Merryn Williams is leading this as her senior project, with a goal of packing 400 shoeboxes at our Packing Party on November 12.

You can donate items using the packing suggestions list on the Information Wall or shop from our Amazon Wishlist. Donations can be placed in the box under the globe in the Lafayette Lobby.

Monetary gifts to help cover shipping are also welcome—please make checks payable to Samaritan’s Purse.
